With the program now covering more than 80 million low-income, elderly and disabled individuals – 1 in 4 Americans – it is the single largest expenditure in most state budgets. Sellers Dorsey Senior Vice President and former Texas Medicaid Director, Gary Jessee, will speak alongside Medicaid Directors from three states to discuss how state Medicaid programs are tackling issues that improve health equity and access to services that address maternal and infant health, social determinants of health (SDOH) and managed long-term services and supports.
