Andrea is a social scientist and analytics expert with a passion for promoting patient-centered, high-quality care. Andrea came to Sellers Dorsey from Mass General Brigham (MGB) Healthcare, where she worked as the Director of Business Analytics. She led the enterprise clinical performance framework for the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO), including domains of access, quality, safety, patient experience community health, credentialing, and provider well-being. She developed analytic products to improve outcomes across 12 hospitals in the MGB system, provided senior-level analytic decision making and performance evaluation leadership, and managed and mentored a large team of managers, analysts, data visualization developers, and project management consultants. Before joining MGB, she was the Senior Director for Quality Performance Management at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she transformed the quality reporting infrastructure, design, and usability by developing a suite of self-service, interactive quality and safety reports; maximized hospital performance on key quality indicators; and authored the Annual Report on Equity in Healthcare Quality and co-led ongoing disparity improvement efforts.
Andrea provides healthcare subject matter expertise to help the Firm’s development of analytic products for our clients in the value-based care space. She provides her expertise for the data visualization and analytics teams and other cross-functional teams working with data quality, governance, definitions and measure calculations, and analytics.
