Anthony Troester has over a decade of health care quality experience, including frontline clinical management, project management and clinical consulting in Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) initiatives. Anthony served as a program manager for the CMS Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPI), a 4-year program supporting clinicians in value-based care models and conducting iterative improvement cycles to improve patient outcomes and experience. In his most recent role, he served as a quality subject matter expert and auditor for the CMS Innovation Center Models: Global and Professional Direct Contracting, Primary Care First, and Kidney Care Choices.


Current Responsibility

Anthony joined Sellers Dorsey in 2022 and supports the quality components of the firm’s Medicaid financing projects in multiple states. Anthony’s background includes quality payment model compliance, quality data analysis/reporting, and clinical process engineering.
