Brandon Ford

Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Brandon worked as a Benefits Analyst for Pep Boys where he managed group benefits, streamlined benefits and human resources processes and policies, and served as the point of contact regarding benefit plan inquiries and resolutions. His prior experience includes working with Ameriflex as a Client Success Specialist, acting as a liaison between insurance brokers and clients.


Current Responsibility

Brandon provides key support to Sellers Dorsey’s human resources programs. He executes all tasks required to coordinate the pre-hire background screening, new hire orientation, and new hire documentation processes. He also serves on the Culture Crew and assists in the planning and execution of employee engagement and enrichment activities.
