Brian joins Sellers Dorsey with more than 14 years of experience in proposal development. In his most recent position as the Senior Proposal Manager with Gainwell Technologies, he managed winning proposals for government health and human services procurements, from RFP release to post-submission activities.
Brian will direct, manage, and supervise the design, development, and ongoing evaluation of the firm’s bid and proposal processes. Along with coordinating schedules and allocate resources across sales, legal, technical, and proposal teams to meet proposal budgets and timelines.
