In this role she was responsible for client retention and relations, operations management, and contract renewals. She managed over $20 million in national client volume with a 99% retention rate over her six-year tenure. She developed innovative solutions, clear communication, and excellent satisfaction as the main point of contact for clients.
Danielle supports our National Consulting practice, serving as the key contact for perspective clients to field questions, understand their needs, and see contracts through to completion.
