Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Holly worked as a Program Manager for Quality and Value Based Care at Molina Healthcare. There, she was responsible for developing and executing strategies to create quality proposals for value-based payment (VBP) arrangements in Washington state. She focused on improving quality metrics such as preventive care and chronic disease management while fostering strong provider relationships through tailored support and education. By delivering performance reports and actionable insights, she empowered providers to meet VBP objectives and improve health outcomes for Medicaid members. Her work emphasized data-driven strategies, ensuring alignment with both state and organizational goals to enhance member health and provider performance. Before taking her position as program manager, Holly served as a Provider Quality Practice Transformation Specialist for Molina, where she provided subject matter expertise in quality and HEDIS measures and evaluating the quality components of value-based reimbursement models.
As a member of the National Medicaid Finance Quality team Holly provides expert consulting services for the Firm’s clients, supporting quality and value-based care programs. She is a committed and driven healthcare professional who brings our clients healthcare quality expertise to promote the timely and effective delivery and approval of Medicaid financing programs.
