Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Holly worked as a Program Manager for Quality and Value Based Care at Molina Healthcare. There, she was responsible for developing and executing strategies to create quality proposals for value-based payment arrangements. She led and managed more than 50 value-based care partnerships, developing robust reporting of quality measures, including enhanced reports on time-bound measures and state priority measures. Before taking her position as program manager, Holly served as a Provider Quality Practice Transformation Specialist for Molina, where she provided subject matter expertise in quality and HEDIS measures and evaluating the quality components of value-based reimbursement models.
Current Responsibility
As a member of the National Medicaid Finance Quality team Holly provides expert consulting services for the Firm’s clients, supporting quality and value-based care programs. She is a committed and driven healthcare professional who brings our clients healthcare quality expertise to promote the timely and effective delivery and approval of Medicaid financing programs.
