Jennie has an established reputation in government and non-profit arenas with over 20 years of professional experience. Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Jennie served as Director of Medicaid Program Policy for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. She led program policy and development initiatives across all populations that are served by Medicaid and CHIP, and individuals served by Texas Medicaid. Jennie also has a background working with grants and legislative affairs during her tenure at the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services.


Current Responsibility

As an Associate Director with our Austin based practice, Jennie manages the Firm’s client engagements focused on healthcare policy, strategy and financing. She utilizes her expertise and specialized skills in Medicaid policy legislative affairs to help clients create value, maximize growth, and improve business performance by providing policy guidance, relationship management, and business development.
