Jessica is an experienced public policy professional, having worked for Nurse-Family Partnership and the Arc of New Jersey in government affairs roles. Most recently, she served as Government Affairs Manager at Nurse-Family Partnership, where she led all state and local government affairs activities in her assigned regions. Notably, Jessica led efforts to improve policies aimed at expanding postpartum coverage for Medicaid beneficiaries. She also worked at Center for Health Care Strategies as a Program Officer from 2014 to 2017.
Current Responsibility
Leveraging her expertise in public policy, government relations, and program management, Jessica helps manage and implement various Medicaid finance initiatives, focusing on client engagements in New Jersey. She provides project management and technical support for a number of engagements.
