Joseph is a results-oriented healthcare professional with a strong track record of driving operational excellence and achieving organizational goals including optimizing reimbursement, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Joseph served as Executive Director for Ebenezer Senior Living in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he oversaw all operations of the 79-unit assisted living community and implemented strategies to optimize Medicaid reimbursement. He was also responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing resident care. Joseph has also served as an administrator for Monarch Healthcare Management where he provided comprehensive oversight of a 65-bed skilled nursing facility and 36-unit assisted living facility.
Current Responsibility
As Senior Consultant, National Medicaid Financing, Joseph provides client consulting services including providing objective advice, expertise, and specialized skills in Medicaid financing, Managed Care, and healthcare policy. He manages a portfolio of financial and policy initiatives connected to supplemental payment projects and provides project management services to client teams, ensuring client satisfaction for large, complex, multi-year initiatives. Additionally, he anticipates and proposes solutions for service, quality, or risk issues.
