Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Justin served as lead consultant for 3M Health Information Systems, a software solutions company in the healthcare industry. In this role, Justin was responsible for leading 3M’s Population and Payment Solutions, implementing products focused on payment transformation, population management, and quality performance. Prior to working at 3M Health Information Systems, Justin was the Associate Director for Healthcare, Value Transformation at Navigant, a management consultancy firm based in Chicago. At Navigant, Justin oversaw and led all aspects of client engagement, including project management, deliverables, analytics, and staffing. At the firm, reimbursement and hospital quality were his focus areas where he assisted clients in identifying new opportunities and key offerings.
Earlier in his career, Justin was a researcher and manager for the American Hospital Association. He oversaw the quantitative side of large quality improvement initiatives and conducted research on topics including quality improvement, hospital readmissions, and hospital acquired infections. Justin also has government experience working at the Department of Veteran Affairs as a Social Science Analyst and Project Manager. At the Department of VA, Justin oversaw health service research grants for key risk areas such as high cost, utilization, and morbidity/mortality. His primary areas of research with the VA focused on areas such as traumatic brain injury and complex chronic conditions.
Justin St. Andre brings to the firm specialized knowledge in policy and health care data analytics and uses his expertise to help develop and implement Medicaid financing and revenue enhancement initiatives for Sellers Dorsey clients. Justin will be anchoring a centralized Policy and Support team and will provide oversight and guidance for the firm’s growing number of experienced Medicaid subject matter experts.
