Melissa Dill

Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Melissa worked as the human resources information system (HRIS) and HR Project Manager at Alert 360 where she managed the operation and administration of all HR systems, including benefits, 401(k), HR policy and deployment, and wellness initiatives. Prior to becoming the HR Project Manager, Melissa served as an HRIS and Benefits Analyst, responsible for compiling and analyzing HR data. While working with Alert 360, Melissa earned an HR Analytics certificate and her Professional in Human Resources certification.


Current Responsibility

As the HRIS and Data Analytics Manager, Melissa oversees the Firm’s HRIS (Rippling), curates learning tools and opportunities for employees, and provides support and consultation regarding talent data and strategy. An experienced HR professional, Melissa is critical to executing the Firm’s people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving functional excellence and process improvement.
