Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Michelle served as Operation Manager for Reef Technology, a digital growth platform that connects brands to customers. There, she optimized operational processes with attainable solutions and action plans and served as the subject matter expert for more than 20 brands. Prior to Reef Technology, Michelle was Sales Associate at Safeguard Insurance where she assessed clients’ needs and provided customized insurance policies by addressing risks to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention. While at Safeguard, she successfully closed new and continuing business deals to increase revenue by selling more than 100 policies within one year.
As a Consultant, Michelle works with the firm’s Sales team to represent Sellers Dorsey in the development of set market segments and new customer relationships, while maintaining existing relationships with assigned accounts to maximize revenues. She provides support to attain specific sales goals by handling the firm’s sales calls, entertaining clients and potential clients, and traveling to assigned markets in support of the Sales team’s efforts. Michelle identifies revenue opportunities through communications, solicitation, and promotion of Sellers Dorsey as a leader in the Medicare and Medicaid industries.
