Nina previously served as a Health System Strategy Analyst at Harris Health System, where she researched and evaluated state and federal policies and protocols related to the 1115 Medicaid Waiver for the organization and over 20 participating providers in the Harris County. She was responsible for communicating with stakeholders regarding the DSRIP program, as well as tracking and analyzing DSRIP data for the region. Prior to working at Harris Health System, Nina was a Project Manager at the Edinburg Regional Medical Center, where she supervised two hospital departments. In this role, she established patient safety programs to improve employee engagement and patient safety culture. Notably, Nina coordinated a $1 million transfer center project to maximize efficiency in the hospital system, where she worked closely with multiple stakeholders including physicians, hospital leadership, and EMS service providers.


Current Responsibility

As a Senior Consultant, Nina provides project management support to Sellers Dorsey clients such as solution vendors, health care provider groups, and states agencies. In addition, Nina provides research and analysis, relationship support, and deliverable development to ensure the success of each client’s initiatives.
