Prior to joining Sellers Dorsey, Olivia was a Consultant at the Texas Suicide Prevention Collaborative, where she conducted research analyzing monitoring and evaluation practices. During her time at University of Texas, Olivia was a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the College of Liberal Arts teaching a course on European studies.
