Robert Spadaccini is an executive with 34 years of experience in government Health and Human Services programs, Health Care and Managed Care program operations including as former CEO for Anthem’s South Carolina Medicaid plan, Director for statewide Medicaid Operations in Wisconsin and holds certifications in Project Management and Six Sigma.  He has provided guidance for North Carolina Lead organizations for implementation activities around the Medicaid Transformation Pilot, managed the implementation of a multi-state Medicare Advantage MCO and several health plans for Amerigroup. He served as a gubernatorial appointee for 12 years on the Virginia State Board of Social Services including roles as Chairman.
