Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Sarah served as Associate Consultant for Eagle Hill Consulting where she developed strategies for workforce planning and staffing analysis projects to redistribute resources and analyze employee effort across organizations. She also developed client solutions and strategized project work plans while developing communication deliverables for a wide audience including government officials. Prior to Eagle Hill Consulting, Sarah was Program Coordinator for Virginia Commonwealth University: Division for Student Engagement and Impact. There, she project-managed community impact programming efforts for K-12 pipeline programs including Health Sciences Academy, Governor’s School for Health Sciences and Medicine, and other K-12 initiatives connecting underrepresented minority students with health professional programs and career paths. Additionally, Sarah was the recipient of the 2022 Outstanding Student Scholar Award for Virginia Commonwealth University where she earned her Master of Public Administration.
As Consultant/Project Manager, Sarah supports the National Consulting Practice in ensuring the timely and effective planning and delivery of consulting services in areas such as Medicaid program, policy, and operations. She is involved in day-to-day interactions with executive-level corporate and state government officials and works with project directors, subject matter experts, and other project team members to manage client deliverables.
