Susan comes to Sellers Dorsey with nearly 20 years of experience in corporate marketing and communications across various industries, such as health care, life sciences, and retail. Prior to joining the firm, Susan served as the Global Associate Director of Marketing at Drug Information Association (DIA), where she led a global marketing strategy to increase market share, audience engagement, and revenue margins across a diverse portfolio of over 100 global conference and digital products. Under her leadership, media coverage for the DIA 2021 Global Annual Meeting increased by 30% from the previous year. Before DIA, Susan was the Director of Marketing at the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, where she oversaw all strategic marketing initiatives related to the brand. Additionally, she was responsible for developing and executing campaigns that maximize customer engagement and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Susan leads the Marketing function at Sellers Dorsey, working alongside a team dedicated to increasing awareness of the firm in the marketplace and promoting thought leadership to key stakeholders in the Medicaid space.
With a focus on amplifying the firm’s positive impact on underserved populations, Susan provides strategic guidance in the areas of content and campaign development, social and digital media, as well as event and conference management.
