Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Teddie served as Senior Director of Human Resources for Mastery Charter Schools in Philadelphia where she provided leadership, consulting and strategic support for more than 25 charter school campuses. At Mastery, Teddie ensured an employee-focused, high-performing, outcome-driven culture throughout the organization and oversaw the delivery and management of key Human Resources functions. Prior to her role as Senior Director, Teddie served as Human Resources Business Partner for Nemours/A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children where she provided comprehensive Human Resources consulting and strategic partnership with several business units including operational finance, general pediatrics, state-wide primary care practices, and community engagement. Teddie is also a Certified Professional Change Leader, a certification she earned from Change Catalysts.
Current Responsibility
As Human Resources Director at Sellers Dorsey, Teddie works with senior leadership to develop and promote human resources strategies for the Firm. She oversees programs administered by the HR department including employee wellness, benefits, leave, new hire onboarding, and employee engagement and relations. Teddie serves as a trusted advisor and HR business partner to organizational leaders and employees and supports the vision, culture, and business needs of the Firm.
