Before joining Sellers Dorsey, Zach was a Manager at Myers and Stauffer, where he was responsible for assisting in federal compliance and rate setting projects for state government health programs. He has experience reviewing claims data, drafting State Plan Amendments, and preparing and managing the issuance of Upper Payment Limit demonstrations for several states. He is skilled in developing financial models for providers and has a wealth of knowledge about disproportionate share hospital payments and health care policy. Zach is also a Certified Public Accountant.
